OK, I have everything working. Live TV, EPG,etc cool.
Here is my problem (if you can call it that). When I am watching Live TV via my MediaMVP running the Sage Client, everything looks fine. However whenever I am looking at one of the Sage menus or TV guide, etc off of my TV, the picture if blurry, and not crisp at all. Live TV and recorded shows are just fine, but trying to navigate the menus off of my TV for the Sage menu can be hard on the eyes. Any ideas? Is this the refresh rate at work here or ? |

Not likely refresh rate.
how do you have the MVP hooked up to your TV? Composite cable or SVIDEO? There is a HUGE difference on that device depending on what cable you use. Jason |

Thanks for the quick reply. I am using SVIDEO.
The actual TV shows and stuff are just fine. Just the Sage Menus themselves are not crist and are rather blurry. When I look at the sage menus from my computer screen, they are crisp and fine (I assume because I am looking at them on my PC screen). however when I look at those same sagetv menus (along with the live Tv guide) on my TV attached via Svideo over my mediamvp, they are blurry. When I watch TV or a recorded show that I made with Sage on my TV, everything is good. I am thinknig now that perhaps I need to tweak the sageclient.properties file and modify some of the ui settings, but obviously I have no idea what I should do. ![]() Help ![]() |

Well It now looks perfect (sage menus).
All I did was reset my mediamvp and the blurryness went away!!! Yeah! ![]() |
