Oh they will keep trying i have no doupt of that.
I think they don't want to wait till 2008 for a BF to take effect so they will target a way to get one as soon as possible.
You know this is all starting to make me sick their DRM'ing BF'ing and DMCA'ing us all into one big mess of a century.
Just a hell of a way to start a mellienium all bound up and gagged in the Entertainment industries basement of horrors.
