weird conflicts!

I have four tuners in my Sage Server right now and sometimes this weird conflict arises where it shows the same thing recording on two tuners and causes a conflict even if there is no conflict.
Ex.
I am recording The outlaw Josie Wales from 5:45 - 8:00PM on Cinemax via S-Video. Originally it showed up on one tuner's schedule. Later it popped up on a second schedule and the conflict icon showed it's ugly little head. There is nothing else recording during this stretch so there should be no conflict, given that I have 4 tuners. 2 with S-Video and 2 direct coax.

Unless it is trying to record a third time or even more?

When I look in the folder that Sage records to it only shows one instance of The outlaw josie wales.

Sometimes this happens and causes a real conflict.
The biggest problem is that it sometimes happens hours or even minutes before the recording is supposed to start which doesn't give me any time to try to resolve it...

Any Ideas???

The same show is conflicting with itself? I think you should mention it to Frey, since something doesn't sound right. I don't think the STV would affect this, but you might want to make sure it happens with the default STV too.
