Hardware for TV Output

What is best way to play recorded programs on your TV? What would be the best PVR card to allow this? I would like to eliminate the possibility of buying a video card with S-video out if I can get one already included in a PVR type card/box.

Opinions/Suggestions....

That I know of, the Hauppauge 350 is the only "all in one" device supported in SageTV. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong.) But there are problems with it such as overheating, no DVD out support, end of file crash bugs, etc.

You might want to check out the Xcard (see this thread http://forums.freytechnologies.com/f...d.php?t=11199), since it will be less expensive than most video cards.
