SageMC Adult Videos
I have 3 MediaMVP's located around the House and would like to be able to also add my adult imported videos to view in the bedroom and not worry about the kids being able to get into. Is there anyway currently to have a 4 Digit Parental key on the SageMC. Suggestions would be ultimately to add another option like "My Adult Videos" to the Main Menu and have the whole plugin protected by a key or if that couldn't be done have a way to set a parental key to selected mpg files. Definitely need someway to protect adult videos from being viewed by the youngsters. Any Ideas?

Page 126 of the Sage 2.2 pdf manual (installed in the Sage directory) shows how to set parental controls to restrict access to certain files recorded by sage. There does not appear to be any restrictions on imported videos.

I'll third this one. I have my movies arranged by folders. G & PG and then PG-13 and up. I'd love to be able to have a parent lock on the second folder, while maintaining the functionality of Cayarsv18E, of course.

This, to me anyhow, touches on the need for access control. Be it porn, or configuration menus or whatnot. At least a PIN that you need to put in, or something. That would go a long way to helping the matter; plus some ability to limit users to delete files (you don't want family guests to flub up your video library.)

delete
I am using SageMC16x9 and the file deletion option can be turned off by rightclicking in the "My Videos" and turning off the option to delete on the PC.

That's good to know. I'll have to double check with Cayars to see if it can (prob not.) That'd be a stop-gap measure until something (ahem) more robust is available.
