Hardware acceleration disabled after resume from standby
Hi ..
I have the latest version of SageTV. System specs Asus A7N8x delux mb Athlon XP 2100 PVR 150 x 2 Win XP Pro ATI 9600 Sage set to VMR9 and hardware acceleration on. I've set the system to go into standby mode in the power management section. I've read the long power management threads .. well almost and I read that the new sage supports all power management states. Now I have 2 problems: 1. Now sage TV does record show correctly, but when I want to watch live TV or anything recorded, I see that the HW acceleration in advanced features is now disabled ... re enabling it on the menu causes stuttering in playing back any recorded files. A shutdown / restart of SageTV fixes the stuttering. 2. More general .. the Hauppage IR remote doesn't seem to like the standby mode and crashes ... I have to do a "restart IR" to get it going again ? Any Ideas on how to fix this ? Thanks Basset |
