XP reboot
Hi good people,
I am having issue with sagetv locking up at odd times. I can’t define exactly when it will stop but here is what has happened the last few days. I will have programs scheduled to record which…is working fine until approximately 24-48 hrs after the last XP reboot, sage will stop changing channels and recording the programs. I reboot windows and BOOM everything is working fine again. This is after I have noticed that the channel did not change when I knew it was scheduled to record. A bit late to find that out. What do I need to understand about rebooting windows Xppro or is it a Sagetv issue? How do I determine when to reboot? Look through the schedule for a time less then 24 hrs but between recordings? Is there a work around or setting that I am overlooking? Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. Raymond Ryel |

Maybe even check out the power supply. Strange things were happening on my system slightly similar to that. Installed a stronger psupply and it's been solid ever since.
