Black bar on bottom.

OK Sage is working great. I have the problem with the black bar on bottom. Now I know it is the video card's problem cause it is in Windows as well and I've read up about this.

My video card is an Sapphire ATI Radeon 9200. I have expanded it as much as possbile but the black bar on the bottom is still to big for my liking.

Is there anyway in Sage I can expand it?
