My internet at home is down... Is there anyway way to-
download the EPG information from my work and copy it over manually? I'm switching from comcast cable to verizon dsl and they say it'll take 2 weeks.

Verizon might give you a dialup number for modem-based access, which you could use to download the guide data (if you have a modem).
