Is this an interlacing issue or something different?
I seem to get a problem if I watch a recorded TV show that lasts >1hr At first I thought it was the quartz.dll issue with but I replaced my quartz.dll (in SAFE mode) in the Windows/system32 directory last night and it seems I still have the issue.
At first the fast motions appear to get jerky/blur, almost like if someone is clapping their hands, it looks like a strobe light is on them. Then I noticed the entire picture quality degrading. I'm running the nVidia DVD decoder with the following settings:  I snapped a screen shot to show you guys, this is after 1 hour of watching a show, while FFing through commercials. AMD64 2800 ATI Radeon 9550 256mb 512MB RAM Hauppaugge WINTV-PVR-150 WIN XP PRO SP2 Bright House Digital Cable into PVR via S-video, then from my video card to the TV via DVI/HDMI Any help would be appreciated, the first pic is the entire image, the second is just a zoom in of the first.
