Can 1 Hard Drive Keep up with multi-tuner setup

I have a PVR-150 and a 260GB PATA Hard drive dedicated to storage (The OS and program files are on another hard drive.) I am thinking about adding one more PVR-150 and was wondering if the single hard drive would be able to keep up with recording two shows plus playing one show all at the same time. Should I be thinking of upgrading to some sort of RAID config? Is there a way for me to add a hard drive and have each card record to its own hard drive?

Thanks,

HTPC:
Antec Overture Case.
Asus Cusl2-C Motherboard. Celeron 566mhz overclocked to 800mhz.
384MB RAM. 260GB Western Digital EIDE Drive (Storage) + 20GB Western Digital EIDE Drive (OS).
Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150.
Windows XP SP1. Tvedia 3.3. SageTV 2.1

I am running client/server. I am running a standard ATA133, 5400RPM drive for recordings on the server . I have a PVR250 and a PVR250MCE. No problems at all.

6 tuners here and sometimes they are all recording to one drive without problems. Important thing especially as you add tuners is to format the drive with 64K blocks.
