Guide is Right, Channel is Wrong

Hi, i'm a newb when it comes to SageTV. My problem is that a select few local channels are correct in the Guide, but when i click to watch them i get a different channel. For examples the simpsons are supposed to be on Fox 5 but when i watch channel five i get what is usuall my cable channel 35. The simpsons are then on 35. This is only a problem with a few channels but its really bothering me. If i try to remap the channel, the guid switches as well so the problem is not fixed. Any help would be appreciated.

I have comcast extended cable in fairfax virginia 22101. The main problem channels are NBC(4), FOX(5), ABC(7) and CBS(9). I can't seem to find CBS at all
