Sage Client Playback Problems

I am experiencing some SageTV problems that I hope someone may be able to point me to some possible solutions. I have been trying to track down the source of the problem for some time now to determine whether it is hardware or software related and at this point I think it may be a Sage problem but I am still unsure. What happens is that after about 1 to 2 hours of viewing either Live TV or recordings the video begins to stutter badly and I have to shut down and restart the server. It will not restore just restarting the Sage software. Last evening I had the Academy Awards running on the client and after 1.5 hours it began to stutter badly. This was all that I had running at the time. No recording being done, no comskip being run. The television that is connected to the server PC plays everything fine, so the problem occurs over the network. The server PC records just fine even when this problem arises during playback on the clients.

I am currently running Sage server on an AMD 1.2 GHz machine with 2 tuners, 512 MB RAM. It is an ABIT KT-7 motherboard that has always served me well until I upgraded to a faster processor about 5 months ago. I run a Sage Client on this machine for my MVP connected to my main television. I have another Sage Client running on my AMD 2500 as well and the problem occurs on both instances. Whenever I check the server when this happens I see no big issue with RAM usage and the CPU is not maxed out. My home network is a 100 megabit wired network. I have re-installed Sage several times and the last Beta as well and I still get this problem. Anyone have some new ideas that I may not have thought of??

I just saw the same thing today - using the latest 3.0.11 Beta, I just got my server (AMD XP2000/1g RAM) and client (PIII 866, 512mb RAM).
Both boxes have ATI 8500's, using the ATI MPEG encoder. It worked absolutely brilliantly for the first hour or so of viewing, then I got a bad stutter that I haven't been able to track down either.
