Missing channels

I use the Sage guide and its great...but its also missing some channels. Specifically its missing my premium lineup (HBO'x, Showtimes...) that I get with my digital cable (Time Warner NYC).

I checked the Zap2it website and chose the exact option (Time Warner Southern Manhattan - Digital) that I chose in the wizard setup -- but at the Zap2it site I get the whole channel lineup.

Why am I missing these channels in the Sage Guide?

If you go into the Add/Delete channels setup, do the channels show up in that list for your provider? If so, turn them ON. If not, make sure that you have your provider selected correctly - I know that here in Denver, for the cable system, there are 5 different options that can be picked based on what area of town you live in and if the cable area has been rebuilt or not. And all 5 have different channel lineups, even though they are all Comcast.

Hi all, I have a similar problem also. My current provider is outside you're coverage area so I've been using the XMLTV plugin so far with great success. However the recent trouble with the plugin/XMLTV/zap2it site has caused me to re-evaluate my options. I decided to check Dish and DTV to see if either cary my local channels and they both do. So I figure I'll go with the remap sat channels to local numbers and get the benefit of the better data from you instead of with the plugin.

Here's the problem (sorry for the long intro): 5 options
DISH Des Moines - Des Moines
DIRECTV Des Moines -Des Moines
DISH Network - USA
DIRECTV - USA
Local Broadcast - Antenna

If I select Dish or DTV for Des Moines the only local channel shows up and has guide data is KDSM, the channels the others should appear on (472-475 for DTV and 9111,9112,9116) show up as null and have on associated data. I checked zap2it.com with the exact option I chose in SageTV (DISH Des Moines - Des Moines for example) and there are listings for all of my local channels.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Chad

Chad,

The only reason we get KDSM is because it's probably an overlap from a nearby area. We may not have the listings for the rest of the channels even though you are seeing Dish Des Moines because we don't support the entire US yet.
