Unhappy **Sigh** can't connect to EPG.. again

Well, out of 4 beta upgrades, this makes the 3rd time I cannot connect to the EPG.

My internet is working perfectly fine.. I am posting from the very SageTV machine. Flushed the DNS. Shut down completely and left PC off while I did my laundry. Came back. Still same problem.

It is working now. Thank goodness it only took 4 hours this time instead of 3 days like last time.

Each time I upgrade to a new SageTV Beta, I do a complete uninstall and fresh install, as suggested by the FAQ. Perhaps I shouldn't, and just install the beta over the top.

I have always installed over my previous install and I just backup my old install just in case I need to roll back. Never had a problem.

You don't replace your sage.properties file and wiz.bin?

All I do is backup my properties and wiz files and install the new version.

Once the Beta is up and working, and I've configured the Detailed Setup section, I then shut down SageTV and the Service, and dump in my Wiz.bin. Then reboot the PC.
