newb question

I've tried to find this searching through the faq's and such but to no avail. Here's my issue: SageTV installs fine I get the channel listings but when I go to guide, pick a channel and show then slect watch now nothing happens. I can view shows by selecting live TV then scrolling through the channels w/ the wheel mouse, but this problem renders the guide to the shows useless. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Live TV Guide / Watch Now

When i was using the original STV that was loaded with Sage, I didn't experience any issues with this. Now that I have loaded Cayars v17, I am running into this same problem.

I posted a message on Cayars customization thread, hoping that someone knows what is happening with this.
