new hardware
well i've just upgraded from an ati sapphire radeon 9600 ultimate(fanless) to a msi vivo 6600 GT agp version.
what a nice change!
and what a dandy vivo cable! this thing is like the kinda gear we have at work, I didn't think I'd ever see one of these mainstream. what i have at work isnt for video, but its a configurable, multi conductor cable... and this is the way to go... sometimes we make big ones, 30 pins even.
i've also ordered a sigma X card, i hope it arrives by friday next week.
