Sleep Timer

Does anyone know if it is currently possible to have Sage shut off after a specified amount of time. For example, I am turning in for the night. I am watching a particular show up stairs (time-shifted of course) on the TV, while the server is running downstairs. What I want is for the system to stop recording after say 1 hour. I don't want Sage staying on all night, but I don't know how to have it automatically go to sleep.

Any suggestions?
