missing recording quality detail

Ever seen this happen? <see attachments> I had favorite American Idol recording as Good, but the video was kinda splotchy, so I changed it to Default which is Best, but now the quality is missing in the detail screen.

As a side note: Does the bug submission form accept attachments?
