Multiple IR Control

Jsut found this software, lookign for if it is possible to control multiple DirectTV Boxes? I have seen the couple of IR Blaster units, but curious if i can use multiple units and have it "know" which ir device goes w/ which tuner?

kny3twalker just pointed out in another thread that if it has a serial port, you should be able to just connect it & select the COM port in the Setup Wizard. (p. 112 in the v2.1 manual) ... anyone done this with multiple DirecTV boxes?
