Lightbulb Tips for portable MPEG-2

Has anyone setup a custom recording quality for the purpose of making portable MPEG-2 videos?

Is there any restiction on the frame size, so long as it is the same ratio as 640x480 (4/3)?

I'd like to burn Punk'd episodes to CD, so I can take to the school and watch during my in-between-class time.

I was thinking 775000 bit rate w/ audio @ 128/22000 should give me enough space to fit 4x30 minute shows on one CD.. but I'm unsure about what to set the frame size. 200 x 150

It not possable to make MPEG2 portable at low frame size like 200 x 150 ratio and ratio 640x480 is not 4/3 that 640x480 is VGA mode for PC your only option is to covent over to DivX or XviD
