CPU is at 100 or so and menus dont show
does anyone know why after a while when i cleck inside sage it takes literally minutes for menus to show up? The CPU goes to 100%, and a black outline shows up where the menus should be.. then it just sits.
This has happend on 2 machines so i imagine im not alone. i have to kill the app and restart- running in service mode. |

Have you checked the Windows Task manger to see which task is using all of the time? This sounds like a condition I sometimes see where the "system" task just takes over my CPU for several minutes ( I have waited as long as 20 mins. before forcing SageTV back). If this is the case you can get SageTV back in control by raising its priority to above normal and then restoring the priority back to normal. I consider this to be a OS flaw with very little chance of being corrected.
