That tells me one possibility: the listing info is changing, the show no longer qualifies as a favorites, and is then auto-deleted.

Either turn IR on, switch to the 2.1 beta, or set the property seeker/clear_partials_and_unwanted_when_ir_off to false.

I changed the setting and forced an EPG update and my programs are still there!
