I have noticed in Version 14, that the EPG contains the term 'null' before each episode name.
If I switch back to Version 13 (or earlier) it goes back to normal.
I am using xmltv with the EPG from here in Singapore
For example an episode of Ed, shows up in V13 as "Loyalty", but if i switch to V14 then it shows up as "nullLoyalty"

NB: Kudos for the awesome STV Cayar.... thanks

Ah, who cares about reruns of that old version. I still haven't seen the new one! When is Sci-Fi gonna rerun that?

This one was already mentioned a few posts back as well. Do a thread search on XMLTV. If I remember right the null value was the show ID and you should be able to turn it off in Detailed Setup.

I don't use XMLTV, but I think the problem is that XMLTV data does not include the show ID.

Redman, rsagetv99 is correct that you can turn this off here: Detailed Setup->Enhancements->Show Episode Numbers

Last year I used a file sharing program called e-mule and I managed to get all of the episodes. It took a while to get them all and you need a broadband connection, but you can do it. Unfortunately I needed space on my HDD and after I watched them I deleted them. I did not have a DVD burner yet and I did not feel like burning 30 CD's.

You know when you ask a question and when you get a response, you realize you knew the answer in the first place.

Thanks all

Restart sage and you should be good.

That did it! All seems good except for a few item...I'll need to read up on the CC etc.......

Thanks lot!

Now for all the "operational questions!!!"

Anybody want to test a new version?
It's got some fixes, some re-arrangements and a few new nice features that have been asked for.

I think some of you guys will be but I wouldn't mind having a few of you try it out so I can any bugs so the newbies don't . I'd rather they be and saying .

I guess you could say I'm a little bit or right now but I'm just about done with version 15 and ready to do a little and so I can feel a little like

Carlo

I can confirm that the v14 rendering errors are caused by having both the watched bar active and 3D rendering on at the same time. If I drop either or and run with only one, it's good!

Although it runs real slow without 3D Acceleration on my machine (AMD64 HTPC).

Oh yeah, while I'm looking at v14, did anyone else have a back button issue when trying to return ("Back") from IMD lookup? It seems like there's an intermediate step involved in the IMD lookup, almost like it needs 2 back command real quick beacuse it goes back, but not back to the recording details page, and then a split second later, it shoots forward to the IMD lookup page again.

I didn't see anything in the last few pages, so I thought I would see if anyone else saw this

the IMDB thing doesn't happen all the time. I think it has to do with if it finds somethign from a search list or right away (although I actually couldnt' duplicate the problem). but i'm pretty sure that it doesnt' always go through this screen. try playing around with it some more to confirm this.

I never mentioned anything about it because it wasn't always a problem, but i also assumed for some reason that it would be more trouble than its worth to fix.
