Showing my newbie colors here.
I'm trying to install PrimeNetEncoder per JVL711's instructions in his InstallGuide. I'm stuck on this step: "2. Download appropriate ffmpeg package for your platform (I am currently using 2.6.1) a. Place ffmpeg.exe in PrimeNetEncoder folder" I downloaded the 2.6.1 version from ffmpeg.org, as suggested. The problem is there is no ffmpeg.exe in the download. What I have looks is a bunch of files and folders which look like they need to be compiled to generate an .exe file--presumably I need a C compiler to do it, which I don't have. Looking around the ffmpeg.org site I can't find any way to download a pre-compiled ffmpeg.exe. What to do? Suggestions will be greatly appreciated. ------------------------------------------- Intel I7, Windows7, SageTV V 7.1.9.256, HDHRPrime, PlayOn, PlayLater |

Thanks, NYPlayer. As always, you're the man!
Oh, one thing. I assume that should be the 32 bit static rather than the 64 bit static, right? |

You can use 64 bit.

As per my other thread, I can't seem to get a stream from my HDHR Plus to record using PrimeNetEncoder. I can get it to recognize the network encoder, set up tuner, change channel, ffmpeg starts, sage creates a 0.00mb file, but no data. Any thoughts?
