Happy New Year!!!

SageTV is still the best... I just upgraded my server (now WHS2011) a few months ago to keep things moving along.

I almost hate to think of what it would be capable of in 2015 if official development hadn't ceased.

For all of the great stuff that comes out of Google, it goes without saying that they killed one of the most important pieces of technology in my life. My family and I use SageTV every day... It may actually be a blessing that development stopped - I've stopped fiddling with my configuration and have had it running almost hiccup free (knock on wood) for over a year.

I've stopped dreading the day everything comes to an end (with SageTV) or at least pushed it to the back of my mind. I don't know what I'd do without it!

Happy New Year everyone! I plan to continue with SageTV for as long as I can and I recently bought three backup HD-200s, a server license and a spare HD-PVR. Two of my projects for 2015 are to get my backup server configured exactly like my production server and to add a third HD-PVR to my production server.

I don't see any reason to drop Sage until 4K TV signals become available and that still seems to be a long way into the future.
