well...

I think it works, cause the mP3 after followiing the procedure are a bit bigger....but wouldn't deleting the folder that the MP3's are on be counter productive since I have all my other MP3's there?

I had each album in it's own folder, but sage wouldn't find a single one unless I ponted to that specific folde, so this tells me sage needs all the MP3s in one folder. If I delete the folder, I loose all other MP3;s as well.

I tried over-writing the M3, sutting down the program (completely) but still no album covers...

I feel I;m still doing something wrong....

I have each albun in it's own folder too and Sage sees them fine. I did not mean to delete the actual folder. I meant to delete the folder under Library import folders in sage detailed setup, then re add the folder in library import folders. wait a minute for sage to examine all of the folders and you should see the MP3's with album art.

Thanks for clearing that up. I will give it a try when I get home. I seem to recall having my MP3s in individual folders before, and sage did not find them at all. It only looks EXACTLY where you tell it to. In my case I made a folder on the C drive called "SAGE MP3", so can access it easily over my network. (I make and tag MP3s from my laptop then download them to the SAGE box)

I'll give it a shot when I get home.

I have a folder called My Music. Inside that folder I have folders for each artist (Aerosmith, Metallica etc.). Inside the artise folders I have a folder for each Album for that artist (Permenant Vacation, Pump, etc.). The MP3's are in the corresponding album folders. Depending on how many files you have Sage can take a few minutes to inventory the MP3's, so give it a minute or 2 before foing into the jukebox. Good luck. It is really cool to be able to call up any song in my collection without even having to put a cd in.
