Anything look out of the ordinary here?

The "errors" reported by NICs are typically NIC specific, and are hard to interpret unless the driver supports ethtool & exports the counters via ethtool -S (which the HD300 ethernet driver does not do). It could be bad ethernet frames (like size issues: jumbo or runt, bad ethernet CRC, etc). They can also be due to internal NIC errors (like some transient error with a fifo overflowing, problems allocating rx buffers, etc). Unless they are huge, they are nothing to worry about.

Thanks for all the help and suggestions guys!

I was getting a lot of the CRC errors and just as you said making the CRC offload change in the driver got rid of the error messages, but it didn't change anything.

The errors that persist are dup ack, window update, fast retransmission, out-of-order retransmission and window update. I'm not able to find how to get a count in wireshark, but counting the number of pages I get about 400 dup ack in 30 seconds.

There were no errors in the snmp file

I will try some hardware changes and some other stuff this weekend.
