Totally agree,,, XCard forever
Been messing with video output here and so far have not come close to the output of the XCard. Seems that changing the PVR 250 (or whatever encoder) settings in Sage to give better sharper picture is only distorting the output cause the Xcard looks great with no tweaks to PVR encoder output.

i'm using video out and the nvidea nvdvd drivers....they work really good I think.

I'm using mode C and Bob and Weave to do my decoding.
