You're on Windows 7 64bit. Make sure anywhere you have paths called out it's "Program Files (x86)" and not just "Program Files" anymore. (Unless it's a true 64bit app.)

I have the audo convert files in a folder on the root of C:. The program is scanning the root of my Z drive for MKV files. I have updated the eac files and it appears to be running again. It says it is writing the files but when I run it again it starts the process over on the same files. So i am a little closer as it is running and creating the ac3 files. Now just to figure out why it is not writing the files correctly. Going to try to output it to another directory to see if the files work that way.

Well it created the files in a temp folder. I have tested them a they appear to be working. Ran the script again set to over right and it correctly over wrote them this time. so it looks like updating the ear files solved my issues.

thanks for the feed back guys :O)

Is there any way to get this tool to convert files with only a TrueHD audio track?

All, I just replaced the eac3to directory with the latest version of eac3to (3.27) and it seems to be decoding my TrueHD audio tracks.

Will let you know the results when it finishes. (only 6 of my 39 movies needed this)

(These work fine now on the HD200 without a receiver, when the AC3 track is selected)

If there is anyone out there that knows how this program works, is there anyway to get it to convert FLAC audio streams to AC3?

Since this uses eac3to to do the conversion I would start here.
