I wonder why the Chinese electrolytics are so failure prone? Motherboards too.
Same cultural mentality in these as in the tainted food products from there? I was told that over there, saving a fraction of a percent in costs of goods was important to the typical small business owner - more so that in the western world where brand loyalty seems important. |

I'm just a small-fry home user - a 5 or 8 port unmanaged gigE that has some quality would be fine.
