DTS stutter problems

Hello all.
I have a HD200 and have been seeing the DTS stuttering problem, but not all the time.

I have experienced this under the following conditions : dedicated sagetv / win7 (was vista),32 bit vers. PC is quad core with 4GB memory, Gigabit ethernet. Rebooted to try and resolve the issue, so clean boot, only sage started and running, no tuners.
Gigabit out on the pc, gigabit hub, one other device on the hub - the hd200. So no likelyhood of network issues/ bandwidth issues.

HD200 is on all the time, I never noticed if it was hot or not. HD200 optical out, and hdmi out. HDMI to TV at 1080, optical out to reciever.

The movie was playing fine, a blueray rip @ 1080 with DTS in mkv container. DTS skip starts happening, basically the reciever is being signalled that DTS is not sending, then is, then isn't, etc. causing it to switch modes on/off/on/off etc. Switching to another sound stream on the HD200 stops any stuttering, and switching back to DTS, the problem continues.

A reboot of the server pc (sagetv dropped then, so that forced a reboot of HD200 - is that cold or warm?), and no change, the same section of movie still had this problem.

I checked out the PC a bit, I had a monitor for disk activity, it had no problems and was dedicated to the task.
However, at other times I have since watched the same bit of movie with no issue.
I have experienced it in Casino Royale at the 2h 10m end fight scene, the whole thing was DTS erroring, however watching it now and no problems. The source is 720. As mentioned the HD200 is forced to 1080 all the time.

I've been experiencing this on the extender since arrival with DTS sources, all 1080 or 720. I'm on the latest firmware beta, and generally the latest sagetv release also, however I can't say specifically at the time which ones I was on.

One thing I have altered since this was the amount of memory sagetv gets / java gets, whatever that reg setting is. On this particular PC it was on default at the time. I haven't done any testing since to see if this resolved it, but I also haven't noticed the problem since (not a common problem for me tho).

Well, maybe this info will help track down the problem. In general I'm loving the HD200+SageTV (+sageMC). Especially with the firmware updates since release (subs support, hurrah!), it's a very nice, generally very stable device. The only downer for me atm, is the music playback ui / features are a bit funky. I'd like to switch between and have better recall of what music I was playing etc. But main use is TV/Movies & that's great
