Brent,

Yours shipped yesterday, right? Were we lucky enough to get bumped to overnight for all the delays? Wishful thinking, I know, but a guy can dream can't he!

Everyone with later number orders, Here is what Dorothy has said:

"Don’t shoot the messenger! We were supposed to receive the HD-PVR units on Tuesday and we expected to ship our entire backlog. Because of Memorial Day on Monday and nothing moving, we have only just received in our first batch of units. That being said, we will be shipping our complete backlog by June 4th.

You will see an e-mail confirmation from QuantumView with your tracking information on the evening that your unit ships.

So sorry for yet another delay but they truly are shipping."

so good news for those that pre-ordered later.

I'd e-mail them to be sure though. Its sort of a gamble to get more than one unit now anyway since nobody seems to be able to confirm when SageTV or BeyondTV or Hauppauge's software will support multiple HD-PVRs on one PC.
Only one unit per order will be shipped at the moment. Confirmed with Hauppauge Sales.

I sympathize with them, as I also was anticipating that Congress would call an emergency session and move or cancel Memorial day this year. The fact that this unexpectedly failed to happen is nobody's fault.

Seriously, my order is in the very low 338##s and I've heard nothing about shipping yet (haven't checked my CC though). Just as well if I don't make the first shipment; I'm sure plenty of folks will post sample recordings and the lack of 5.1 at launch has rained a bit on my excitement parade.

I just got a notice that my credit card was billed. I hope that means that mine should be shipping? I can not wait to get this thing setup. I do not watch any of the pay hd channels now because I can not get them into Sage.

WWWOOOWWW!!!
I can't believe that it is even joked about... How could a tuner shipment, Even one as anticipated as this, be considered more important than the rememberance of the people who gave/risk their lives for our freedom.

I know you either probably didn't mean it or you are from outisde the US...

I believe he was making fun of the fact that they blamed the delay on a holiday that always happens...basically calling it a lame excuse, nothing to do with the holiday itself.

Mine just shipped. Estimated delivery June 5th. That should give me enough time to get to Comcast to pick up an HD tuner. Just got my Wii Fit too!

Got the tracking number now.. however, apparently I was in too much of a hurry to order the damn thing. I crossed my work address with my home address. This is going to be a fun one to find... wrong street for that city and zip.. ugg..

Do you remember what shipping you chose?

I just got notification that mine is shipping; it'll be here June 2nd, that's with 2nd Day shipping.

FYI, I'm order number 3382X.

Just got my tracking #. Scheduled to arrive Monday, 6/2! Order 3372x
That's with 2-day air. Now wishing I had had the sense to pay the extra bucks for overnight...

EDIT: If it does arrive Monday, I'll post an "unboxing" and first-look post on my blog (see link in sig) Monday late afternoon or evening. Full review will arrive as soon as I can get it done.

I just got my shipping email too

Hmm, it states a scheduled delivery of tomorrow (and this with ground shipping), shall I really believe that ??? Would be awesome since I'll be out of town next week, but I don't dare to get my hopes up...
