LOL.
Classic.

[JohnJane Doe whining]When is the next batch of the Extender coming out[/JohnJane Doe whining]

As Opus stated, Sage isn't going to say anything about release/shipping dates.
Count your blessings that February was uttered.

Me for one am anxious to get my first unit (Shouldn't have procrastinated when the first batch was out).

See you all at the checkout line

I have a very simple use for my two MediaMVP's. I have four TV's in the house. I have two widescreen sets (one with a HD-100 and one that's waiting for one) and I have two SD sets in the house (bedroom and guestroom). I'm just covering all the TV's in my house with Sage! I have PlaceShifters for the two computers not running Sage.

If Sage and Pioneer ever get together and do a BluRay player with integrated Sage Client, I'm sure that I would pick up one of those, and trickle down the MediaMVP to a new Kitchen TV.

My Sage system justs keeps getting bigger and better every year. Everybody that's seen it is quite impressed. A few have even become customers!

I wasn't procrastinating. I knew I wanted it, but I was waiting for them to offer the combo deal of SageTV Client and HD Extender since I don't have either. They had said that it would be offered. Unfortunately, the extender sold out by then.

I imagine it will need to be for delivery to an EU member country.

I didn't think they opened it up to customers outside the USA yet.

I just did my routine check for availability and got this message:

"We are currently performing Maintenance to the Online Store. The store will be back online shortly."

With my luck they are back in stock and the "Maintenance" is to update the "Buy" page, but I won't check back again until they are sold out again!

Still looks the same for me. Probably a down server . Today when refreshing something loaded slow and made the page look different. My heart skipped a beat and then to my sadness it rendered the same page as usual

Good luck and I hope to get a couple

Do you think there will me a limit per customer?

I imagine most of us that watch these boards will have our orders in BEFORE that email comes out to tell us they are back!

Pretty much, I mean I come to these forums pretty often anyway, so it just takes a second.

The last time, I posted in the beta notification thread, but now that there is a topic for the HD100 firmware updates, I could post a notification there... all you need to do is subscribe to the sticky firmware update thread at the top of this forum & you'll get an email as soon as I post there.

Note: subscribing to one of those notification threads does not mean posting a reply there. Please note the instructions for how to subscribe.

Ooooh; then I could get it sent to my cellphone, and be online within seconds of it :-)

Now to only hope that it doesn't happen right in the middle of a business meeting or sales pitch. ("eh, excuse me, I know you're all set to give my team 7 figures, but I seriously need to borrow one of your PCs to, eh, buy something online")

Nice.

Seriously, though... I think we all have fear of that same sort of thing.

(as I said before, hopefully there will be enough shipped that we can all get ours before the "general public" buys up the rest...)

I subscribed, but I'll still hit the buy button at least once a day, just to let them know I'm still here waiting.
