This fall, I did not need to do anything to my XP server running Sage (service). Nor any of the XP PCs around here.
Of all the clocks (embedded and not) around here, I have one bedside alarm clock that auto-adjusts. Odd, my Oregon Scientific "Atomic" clock doesn't comprehend DST. It has time zones though.

I had no issues either on the 5 PCs running in the house. Keep in mind if anyone redid their install or layed down a previous image that wasn't patched then you would have probably seen an issue. Sometimes people keep a core or basic image to go back to and forget to update that image with the latest patches they have running.
