That script had some issues with the long file names in Windows, but it is now all fixed, and should work with any file you drop on it.
BTW, if you get the latest
MEncoder build by Celtic Druid, you'll notice an increase in encoding speed and in quality. Also, the -partition option in that build now works again, so you can add one :partitions=all: to the x264encopts and it will give you even better quality for videos that have lots of small moving detail.
