Having a flat panel wasn't #1 on my list, I preferred bigger rather then thinner. I wound up getting the 52" Panasonic RP LCD from CC for $999 - not tax free
 I'll probably pick it up Sunday - then to order some HDTV service with DirecTV - certainly not their $300 "leased" DVR!
