Ah, I see. I was working off what I read from dslreports.com a while back. I'll keep the GL model in mind. I have Sveasoft f/w on my v2 WRT54G, and HyperWAP on my WAP54G. Both work well. Wish the AP had adjustable TX power though.

DD-WRT allows changing TX power, up to 251mW. I thought Sveasoft did as well (but I think its highest level is 85mW?)...
In anycase, we are getting way off topic here. Jester, can you post what your network layout is? I mean we might be missing something big that would be a simple configuration change.
