If your looking for another easy way to make your remote work with most any program try this..
http://www.htpcnews.com/forums/index...howtopic=21324 The only down side about this is you have to program all the buttons for each program but it works flawless on my system.

I have IRTrans and IR2Keyboard installed but am noticing a definite delay between when I press the button and when SageTV processes the info. Any suggestions?
