Well for all the MVP user's sake I hope you're wrong.

Question MVP new feature Divx support

I have been waiting for Divx support before I purchase an MVP and yesterday while on the Hauppauge web site, I saw the Divx support on the MVP is now listed as a new feature. Is this a software upgrade or something added to their mvp hardware?

Right on their home page.... it says New Feature: Divx support

Hauppauge is transocding your DivX files on your computer into MPEG2 for streaming. The MVP doesn't play DivX natively it only has hardware to decode MPEG streams. This solution is more CPU intensive on your computer

It's not new either, it's been around for quite some time and only works with their software.
