Snapstream Firefly remote w/Sage?
This appears to be partially supported OOTB w/Sage, but the play/stop etc. buttons don't work. I've searched the forums for specific info on getting it working, but maybe I'm missing the obvious. Do I need to setup keyboard mappings to match between Sage+Firefly, or am I going to need Girder to get complete support?
TIA for any info! Kendt |

The Play and Stop buttons don't work? They should. You're using the Beyond Media Basic software that comes with the Firefly, yes?

I'm using a FireFly with Girder and the Sage plugin. Works perfectly, and no need for the Beyond software. Just a thought...

It's Sage Client Beta 3.0.11, with the downloaded FireFly updated driver. I was also running Malore's .stv, the ATI decoders, etc.
I just reformatted the box to start with a simple setup and build from there (I also had a stutter, and wanted to clean off SP2)- I'm going to get my server setup optimally first, then setup the client. Got carried away with all the cool addons to Sage |

Firefly app dosen't see SageTV Client so the first thing you need to edit Global.xml
<Actions Button="TV" Description="SageTV Client"> <LaunchAction ActivationState="Down" Program="C:\Program Files\SageTV\SageTV\SageTVClient.exe" Arguments="" Description="SageTV Client" /> <PlaySoundAction ActivationState="DownRepeat" Sound="Select" /> </Actions> Next try this profile by copy it to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SnapStream\Firefly\Profiles\ which been update to better work with SageTV 3.0 which has larger skip button add to it by pushing the REW or FWD button.
