Are you asking if ShowAnalyzer is still available?

If so, then the answer is a resounding yes.

You can download it from his site, Dragon Global.

http://www.dragonglobal.org/showanalyzer.htm

I'm currently using it with mlbdude's STV (SageMC 16x9), which can be found in the SageTV customization forum sub-topic.

SageMC 16x9

You have to use what is called a comskip proxy. This is really a work around, so that the STV will work with SA. The original STV used a program called comskip.exe, but SA is a much better program. The comskip proxy, just allows you to use the same interface in the STV, but directs the STV to use SA. You can download the comskip proxy from his site also.

I cannot remember where this needs to be put in the folder structure, but I think it might say on his site, or someone else can chime in here, since I'm not at home.

Which link didn't work? I just tried all of them and they worked for me.

You realize that link will be outdated shortly? That's why the link in the first post goes the SA page.

As far as I know it should be put in the SageTV directory, right beside the SageTV.exe.

You have to click the "Download SA" link at the top of the page after clicking on the link...

I just wanted to say...I am amazed at how accurate this program is!

I mean it is "spot on"! I will definately be registering this!

Any plans to support the output of Tsunami Mpeg Editor project files? The project extention for this program is: .tme1

Wow, GREAT program and thanks for keeping the price affordable!

Adding new outputs is easy. Can you post a sample or provide a link?

@geogecko: I told you that link wouldn't last long!

Time for another version. This will probably be the last update for a little while as I start to add more detection methods and learning ability. The intermediate versions won't be suitable for public consumption. Of course, I will continue to release bug fixes if necessary.

I will, however, be taking private testers. Applicants must realize that changes and "effort required" may be extensive. Email or PM me to discuss it.

Changes:
0.5.9 13 September 2005
- SAConfig: Added "Test Connection" button to SageTV page.
- Corrected problem in SageTV webserver interface preventing pausing during recording or playing.
- Corrected problem with some settings not being properly used.
- The GetSize spin lock won't spin forever. It will eventually give up and exit.
- Fixed "invisible" mode.
- Revamped the log procedures. Now logs are created in the SA directory if something goes wrong before the file and settings are loaded.

Enjoy,
Jere

LOL, I was hoping it wouldn't last long...

Thanks for the update. Sometime this evening, I should be able to install the new update, and see if that fixes the problem that I was having with the mouse pointer.

PM sent.

I would also be intrested in the Tsunami Mpeg Editor support. Here's an example of a project file.

Can't support that. That's WAY to complex for me to support without some direct help from the author. Sorry.

Is this working better for you now?

No more mouse pointer with 0.5.9.
Thanks for fixing "invisible" mode...

Jere, having a bit of trouble with the Sage integration, I can't seem to connect to the webserver: Neilm 1.4-1.5, port 443, address is https://server, user and pass are correct. I just need the server name in the name field right? not https://?

Yes, you only need "server". For example my sage machine's name is "media-center". I put media-center in the server block. Also make sure you have SSL checked (as per the https).

Are you using the "Test connection" button?

Yup, I have the PC name (which works in Firefox) in the server, 443 (double checked the port in the properties file) in the port, username, pass correct, and yes I have SSL checked. I'm using the test connection button, mainly because I don't think it was working before either, I had a profile set up that was never used.
