This issue keeps on getting overlooked, possibly because its working for everybody else. I am still not getting any pause during playback and recording, something that was working a few versions ago. I am attaching my homepage of the webserver and a screenshot of my settings in SA.

I just changed the extension of the webpage file to txt.

Well I've upgraded but still seeing the lockups. I've disabled DirMon on the server to try and get a handle on why it is locking up on the workstation.

As you can see from the attached screen shot it has been processing for about 5-6 min and has accomplished nothing. No text file has been created. It will just sit there in this state until it times out. This explains why the other instance of ShowAnalyzer steps in and starts to process the same show.

Are you sure that you're connecting? I put a special "preview" version of SAConfig here that will let you test your settings.

Do your logs reveal anything? I've added some extra logging to try to find the problem. The relevant entries should be obvious. You should see a whole lot of "Spinning" entries.

I have an instance where it has been hung for about 3 hours. The log has grown to about 25Meg and it is full of repetitive "Spinning GetSize lock." entries.

I have dirmon in the startup folder on my server and after upgrading, I get a Message box - Could not set icon. It does not seem to hold anything up as the sage service, sage client (MPV server) all start up. Also, the processors seem to be running, but there is no system tray icon.

Hi, is there any way to use DirMon and ShowAnalyzer to work on two or more shows at the same time? For example my Sage would be recording two shows at the same time (have 2 tunners) and I would like to switch between them but currently only one of those shows can be scanned for commercials at the same time, so unless one show would finish the other cannot start? or is there a way to set it up somehow?

I love Sage 3.0.7 and the plugin where it does detect commercials from ShowAnalyzer while I watch it. It is so cool...

I don't think that this is possible right now. Correct me if I'm wrong but Jere said it is a feature for sometime in the future.

Jere. Just noticed with the most recent version, 0.5.8, that the mouse pointer is now appearing between shows again? Wonder what happened. I will check my "invisible" settings to make sure, since I just upgraded to the latest version a day or so ago...

Got any ideas?
