Here you go: 1 in the side I had to both locations already had vent holes, but I cleared them out to get the best flow possible. Both fans blow in.

Right on!

I've dremeled open the bottom fan, exactly like yours. Nice and quiet. But I wasn't sure about the side for a fan since my TV-tuner card is in the PCI slot closest to that side. Did you leave this slot open to allow room for the fan or did it actually fit with a card in the slot?

You can actually install an 80mm fan in the rear of the LC03:

Personally, I have two 60mm Papst fans in the rear, and one 92mm Panaflo up front (w/fanmate). The rest of the case is insulated with foam - even the vents.

The LC03 is a nice case that uses the same chasis as a lot of other Silverstone cases. It has a number of cooling options that can be implemented fairly easily.

I have a card in that slot, not a big card though, I think it might be my nic which is tiny. But the fan is installed pretty far forward in the case, past the reach of the PCI slots. I did that for two reasons 1) so it would fit (not hit any cards) and 2) increase the entire case flow (I didnt want the air just blowing right into a card.

Just open you case up and you should be able to see where you have room. I'll snap pics next time I open it up.
