Thanks alot for responding ToxMox! The main thing I see is that I am using driver version 2.2.73.23164. I wil try and roll back to your version if I can find that driver somewhere. This is a pretty new box build so my USB driver is up to date. I will try moving it to different USB ports, thats a great idea. I'm going to give it the rest of today without pluging it back in just to make sure the USB2 is really the culprit. I am also afraid its some wierd Server 2003 and Sage bug. I am also afraid it has something to do with wiz.bin. Before this build I was using the USB2 and Prolink@playtv 7000 with Sage. The USB2 is the only holdover tuner from that previous box and there may be some legacy conflict in that impenetrable wiz.bin. Maybe Frey will have an answer when I report this bug. I will report back.

Problem fixed! Yay! I took your advice ToxMox and started moving around USB devices (all 10 on this new box was filled). I wasn't getting much joy moving the USB2 around, so I started unplugging everything. The problem came up when I reinserted my Tecom bluetooth dongle. I've since swapped it for a Billington from another box and haven't had the issue since. I'll keep an eye on it, but stopping a recording by the USB2 no longer sends Sage into 100% land. Thanks alot!
