Cannot get to NV codec properties

I'm using the nVidia codec. I've enabled the tray icon via the registy and can see the icon during playback. However, if I right click on it and try to select properties so I can modify the settings, nothing happens. If I change the codec to video post processor, then it works as expected. So what's up? It's the codec from TT2 (with the upgrade).

Try playing a video in Windows Media Player. The Nvidia icon should show up in the system tray. You should be able to modify settings now.

I have the same problem if I select Nvidia Video Decoder. All I did was set mine to Default and I can access it now.

This is a known issue with the nvDVD codec

as stated above, the only way to get to the properties is to set the video codec to the default (which is nvDVD). The VPP properties will always work.
