This stuff all made me think about something else funny that happened. It was very late at night so I dont remember all the details, but a friend of mine brought over his *possessed* PC for me to *fix*.

We tried everything I could think of. It just would not boot up. It looked like it should, but no luck. I have never seen such a stubborn PC problem. I swapped out everything I could think of.

At one point we were taking turns trying to fuss with something inside the case, and I got electric shock therapy. And so I tried to avoid doing that again, buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt. My friend, says, hey let me try. And I said hey man dont touch that thing or else your going to get zapped.

Well within about 30 seconds, I watch him get zapped. He lets out this noise like uuuh uuuhh uhhhhhhhhhhhhh. We both started laughing so hard. Now we both got shocked multiple times. Maybe we were messing with power supply, I cant really remember the details anymore. But I do remember us getting shocked!!!!!!!!

We finally gave up, and I still have no idea what was wrong with that PC. It was the only PC I couldnt fix. hmmmmmm I left its bare bones buried underneath the stairwell closet to never bee seen again until we moved. And I proceeed to immediately throw it into the garbage! when we finally did move. I cursed at it a few times too as I threw it away

heh... had one of those myself once... replaced everything in the case... to no avail. Took everything out of the case and dropped it into a new case. Voila. It all worked. The possessed case was the culprit.
